I order an iphone 12 pro gold 128G through my account a week ago under fido payment program. I can see my plan changed already, however I check my email everyday. there is no shipping confirmation. when can I get my new iphone?? it takes so long.

The latest update on our end shows that this device is out of stock. It will be available within 3 to 4 weeks.

This is why you didn't receive a confirmation yet for the shipping.

As soon as the device is on the way, you will receive a notification by email with the tracking number letting you know your device is on the way.
