November 2020
Hi! This morning (Nov 13th), I purchased a certified pre-owned iPhone 11. Having the $13.55 monthly discount made me decide to go this path instead of getting the new one, this makes it $25/monthly for the device. If I get new iPhone 11, it'll be $75 down plus $33.34/mo which gives a full price of $875. But why the pre-owned full price is $925? Both are 64g in memory. Way back July 2020, new one is $1,005, and pre-owned is $925. I know it is still cheaper to get the pre-owned because of the promo discount, but without it, it'll be more expensive than getting the new one. I'm just wondering why it's like that. I tried to chat and ask but was told she doesn't have an answer for that. Thanks!

Hey @jj83 !
Welcome to the Community.
Depending on the promotions we have available at a certain time, with some special deals, you may end up paying less than the full price of the device over the 24 months of financing!
It truly depends on the offers we have available at that time.
It then becomes your choice, of course, what works best for you in the long run.
Hope this helps!
