hi, fido technical community,

i just  got my new iphone 4 i open and insert the sim card micro , but  the problem i dont have signal... NO SERVICE ...  what do  i have to do? please help me... note just update my phone, from blackberry to iphone 4. but the sim card number they same...

Did you cut down your BB SIM and put it in your iPhone or did you use the microSIM you got with the iPhone?

If the former, you may have cut it badly or they maybe have transferred your account to the microSIM and your BB SIM is disabled.. In this case insert the microSIM that came with the iPhone. Use My Account on fido.ca and activate the new SIM.

If you already have tried inserting your microSIM then it probably isn't activated. In this case use My Account to activate it. Or call fido and have them activate it.

If you are logged into My Account look for Change my SIM


Also, if your user name is your phone number, as it appears to be, ask the forum mods to change it. Not a great idea for a user code.
