Every time i try and select a phone from the store, then say replace my existing phone, it takes me to "current device balance" been trying to days to get something to come up on that screen, but nothing ever does. It just times out.
i havent ever got a phone from fido as i always have brought my own phone.
actually yeah i tried every browser. IE, firefox, chrome... Times out on each one.
Over the phone line, I can never reach a real person at fido. I think becuase i have a pay as you go account and once the automated system realizes that it will only let me deal with machines.
always being treated like a third class citizen, they really hate us pay as you go'ers :(.... but i am used to that. i think the solution is just to go into a store really.
