Phone being sent to wrong address

Hello there, I ordered a phone over the weekend and put in the correct shipping address. However, in the confirmation e-mail it said is it being sent to my old address. Please fix this.

Activation fees

HI, I ported my number 3 months back online on fido.ca and was told the activation fees will be waived in 1-2 billing cycle. It has been 3 months since i activate my line and have not received back the credit for activation fees.
