Resolved! Unlock request for LG Pad III 8.0

I was told my LG Pad III 8.0 was unlocked when I got it from Fido in 2017. But when I put in an overseas SIM, the tablet is asking for a SIM Network Unlock PIN with 10 attempts. Could anybody help me to unlock it. Thanks.
