Resolved! Europe SIM card

Hi,   I arrived in Italy and purchased a SIM Card. When I purchased my Samsung phone in 2018, the store told me it's unlocked, but once I put the Italy SIM card, phone says I need a unlock code. Where or how I can find this code?
