After upgrading my liquid e to android 2.2 I can not activate bluetooth on the handset. Everything else works smoothly but the bluetooth kicks out after a minute attempting to power on. HELP!

Have you try hard resetting your phone? (But this would also wipe out all the data / apps you have)
