Will China phone work with fido network?

Hi guys,

recently I bought a phone from china with the following band support:

Network:
2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 850/1900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE 800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz

My question is, will this phone work with fido network?

Hello Istiak,

  Welcome to the forums!

Judging by those specifications, that phone would have all of the compatible bands/frequencies for 2G and '3G' so it should work fine on those networks.

That phone would also have only one of the compatible bands for LTE (band 7, 2600MHz). So should work on the LTE network, however, coverage would depend on the frequencies of the surrounding towers. You can verify the compatible bands here

Also, the phone would have to be unlocked.

Hope this helps Smiley

Cheers
