Judging by those specifications, that phone would have all of the compatible bands/frequencies for 2G and '3G' so it should work fine on those networks.
That phone would also have only one of the compatible bands for LTE (band 7, 2600MHz). So should work on the LTE network, however, coverage would depend on the frequencies of the surrounding towers. You can verify the compatible bands here.
Also, the phone would have to be unlocked.
