Fido's current promotion of 5GB data+unlimited Canada-wide calling for $50 is being offered to new Fido customers and existing customers who perform a device upgrade. That is, you must perform a hardware upgrade to take advantage of this promotional plan. If you log into your My Account and go to Change Plan, this plan will not appear and you will see the standard $60-5GB plan instead. If you wish to upgrade to a new device, log into My Account and click View All Phones under My Device. Once you pick a new handset, you will be offered the $50-5GB plan.

Since your concern deals specifically with details of your account, you would need to contact customer service as they would need access to your account. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
