Hello JonStar945,

  Welcome to the community!

In addition to the information already provided, how old is your Nokia phone? Is it compatible with the '3G' and/or LTE networks? You should note that Rogers is in the process of decommissioning the GSM network (see here). While there have been some delays to that timeline, I would expect the complete GSM sunset to occur in the near future. You can view the updated compatible bands/frequencies, here.

I remember replacing my mother's old Nokia phone, in anticipation of the GSM sunset, because it was GSM-only.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers

Hello @JonStar945,

Welcome to the community!

You can go to any Fido retail store and purchase the new SIM or you can contact customer service and they can mail one to you.
