When will my phone finally arrive?

The current phone I am using is very very slow, camera is broken etc. so it was important to me to get a phone that could arrive quickly. Part of my reason for choosing Fido for a new phone was that it said I would get the order within 5 business days. It has now been 10 business days and my phone hasn't even been shipped! I can't seem to find anywhere to check how long it will be until my phone is shipped? Because of the state of my current phone, if it is much longer I would just like to cancel the order given that timeliness is the reason I chose Fido.

I'm really sorry to learn you didn't receive your phone yet. We all rely on our phones and we know how important it is to get your order asap. 

 

Our regular delivery delays are 3-5 days normally, so it's possible that the device you ordered became backordered if you haven't received it yet.

 

Can you tell us which phone model you got?

 

Also, did you receive an email confirmation that the order was placed?
