Website says phone is available but it isn’t

I ordered a phone upgrade and was shown an iPhone 12. I ordered it with a updated Fido plan. Now I'm being told the phone is on back order. When I checked availability of iPhone 12s using my other phone number, numerous iPhone 12s are shown as available. What gives?? Is you website wrong or is there another problem?
