I have a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE which I brought from India. Luckily, it has all the bands that are required by Fido to run 4g and 3g properly here. The only problem I am facing is that, I don't get VOLTE on my phone. Due to this, everytime my phone connects to 3g net and the voice is not so clear. Please help.

Welcome to the community!
If your device was bought elsewhere and not a brand/model Fido supports but has all the necessary bands to work on the Fido network some features like VoLTE and WiFi calling still may not work see here.
You may also want to ensure you have the correct APN settings see here.

Will it be possible got customer care support to enable this feature? Why is it such a big deal for volte?

Hello again @Cyriljoy12 Did you ensure you have the correct APN settings?
From my understanding carriers have profiles for the devices they support and it gets updated in the background when a compatible phone is connected to the network your phone is definitely not a brand Fido carries/support so the profile to enable those features will be available and hence will not be activated.
At one point even if you bought a device that they do support but did not get it from them those features still would not work they updated that and now those features would work if you have a device they support but did not get it directly from them.
You can contact customer service but I'm sure you will get the same answer it's not a device they carry and will not be able to provide support.
