Voicemail doesn't hear dtmf tones

Hi, my S22 Ultra suddenly does not hear my PIN when I try to collect voicemail. 

1. I am looking for some way to hear the voicemail online. I have no other phone.

2. Does anyone know how to get the DTMF tones audible to the voicemail again?

First, can you tell us the steps you usually take to access your voicemail messages?

Also, are you saying that you do not have a phone from where to access your voiemails?

  Welcome to the community!

  Sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing the voicemail. Have you ensured the sounds for 'keypad types' are enabled? In addition, is your phone muted or on silent? Apparently, both system volume and sound for keypad types need to be enabled for the sounds to transmit (see here).
