Use Android Tablet as Phone Dialer via Bluetooth to Cellphone

I have a simply Nokia phone and an Android Tablet.  Is there a way to pair the tablet to the phone via bluetooth, and use an android app on the tablet to control the phone.  I have not been able to find such an app, they all connect the two, but only for the phone to have access to storage on the android.

By "simple Nokia phone" do you mean a non-smart phone?

I do not believe you will be able to do what you want to do. The technology on the phones are limited and apps were not developed for those phones. If you want to control an Android device you can use apps like teamviewer to do it.

My phone is non-smart, and you have confirmed my findings.  There are no ups, not for the Android, nor nor for the 7 year old numeric keyboard Nokia phone.  Wow, to be old (up there) is one thing, but to be Pre-SmartPhone, now that hurts
