This is the second time I upgrade my phone online and the first time my order was cancelled stating that I missed the window to pick up the device ..I never received the email saying my phone ready for for pick up. I did check to make sure the model I selected was in stock. It's now is looking like the same thing will happen again but you are told to upgrade online to avoid a 60$ fee. What is going on ??

Did you check to see if the pickup email is going to your spam/junk folder? You can also choose to have it shipped to you if you want.
