How to get a new SIM card

HI, I activate a new phone plan online, not sure how I get a SIM card to activate the plan on my phone.

Did you get a device or just a BYOD plan? If you got a phone then the SIM card would be mailed out to you, if you got a BYOD plan then you might have to purchase a SIM card you can do that online or at any Fido location.
