Unlock request for LG Pad III 8.0

I was told my LG Pad III 8.0 was unlocked when I got it from Fido in 2017. But when I put in an overseas SIM, the tablet is asking for a SIM Network Unlock PIN with 10 attempts. Could anybody help me to unlock it. Thanks.

Most devices sold after December 1st, 2017 were sold already unlocked. However if your device still needs to be unlocked, we can do this for you for free on our end. This can be done by communicating with someone from our customer support team through one of the channels found here.
