I tried to file a claim to get my phone fixed. I paid the insurance every month..when I tried to file a service request form, they immediately rejected my documents without any reason. I tried two more times to send in the right documents. I called them again, and they told me the service request was rejected again and that the service request was expired so they will not open the case again. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Will never have insurance under them again. They reject your claim until they can just expire it. Beware of fraudulent companies.

I am sad to learn you're having trouble with your Brightstar claim. I can imagine how this situation is less than ideal for you.
What exactly happened to your phone? Normally, Brightstar would only reject a claim if it doesn't fall under their terms of service. I'll send you a PM shortly to see what happened.
