Trying to payoff device balance and suspend the line

I want to payoff my device balance and disconnect my  fido connection . Please assist me how can I do this on the fido customer portal. Thank you.

That can not be done through any self-serve methods, you will need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to assist you.
