As the title mentioned, I received an email shows that I got a mobile plan add-on for $5 monthly for 17 months, but I didn't remember I talk/ agree this contract. I saved all the messages with Fido specialists and also for the phone records, so I'm pretty sure I never heard or agreed this before.
Is there any issue on my account? or does anyone has same issue like me when you upgrade your phone with Fido plan?
