Sorry to hear you've incurred long-distance charges. However, you should note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be able to consider your request.
You should note that the 1000 International minutes was a promotional add-on and may not be available with all plans. If that particular promotion is not available on your plan, Fido does offer a 1500 Minutes to select Countries add-on (see here, under calling). Calls to India are included with that add-on.
Unfortunately, if the calls were made without any long-distance add-on, I'm not sure they will be able to reverse those long-distance charges.
I understand you have already reached out to the Walmart store. If you wished to discuss your situation, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
