SIM not supported after moving to Fido

Me and my wife just moved from Bell to Fido bringing our phones (iPhone 12 and 11 respectively) and my phone worked just fine, but my wife's is getting a 'SIM not supported' error message every time, and we don't know what to do. Any advice?

Hi @JasonSantos , sorry to hear that. You could try removing and reseating the Sim card and doing a restart. I would suggest removing sim card, turn device back on and then shut down again, put sim back in, restart the device. Sometimes they need a little help to populate the settings correctly. If that doesn't help, tech support can be reached by calling *611 from your device or reaching out to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook for a dialogue by messaging.
