Hi, 

I travelled outside Canada and I didn’t activate Fido roaming as I don’t need it for my travel. Unfortunately, I received message from Fido informing me that I connected to Fido Roaming without my wish and request. How I can stop this and cancelled any extra charges.

Hello @YasserAboudoma,

 

Receiving that message does not mean you will be charged it's just to let you know you have the option, you will only be charged if any usage occurs. The Fido Roam is automatically activated with all Fido plans, you can either call customer service to opt-out and then you will pay-per-use you can also put a block on the line so it doesn't roam period, you can also remove the SIM card from the device to ensure no usage occurs.
