I just ordered a new phone and wanted to trade in an older iPhone (11 promax) - all went well on the website till i have to sign off on the agreement acceptance. I completed all questions accurately and when I click submit to accept the agreement I get an error message "object not set to an instance of an object". It appears to be a website issue. My only other option is to cancel the trade-in which I did not want to do. Does Fido allow trade in after the fact? Thnx.
