Really disappointed with BrightStar!!

My Iphone's screen was broken for second time and I called to BrightStar again.I was disappointed with their last service and changing the screen! That was really low quality! So this time I payed 160$ for new phone! Today I receive a phone which is not in original package!! I'm so disappointed!

Brightstar will usually exchange the phone for either a new one or a like-new device. This can depend on different factors but is to their discretion. 

 

Your new phone should be working perfectly though!
