Port Fido from bell

I will try reaching out to customer service for 2 days to port in my number from the bell. Still, I had a temporary phone number and I got a port-in text request from fido and reply YES, still my port-in is not completed. Any idea how long this takes?

A regular port-in should only take a few hours (and up to 2 days for landlines)¸, you should get in touch with our customer service if it's been longer than that.
