Phone upgrade.

I recently purchased a phone fido online store. beside the confirmation email that order is placed I received no shipping information or even the order number. The email just says your order will take less than 5 businesss and its 4th day already. But until now I have received no update on it. 

Has anyone faced similar problem ? Please share.

Same issue with me and I'm already on my 7th business day and still nothing. Trying to contact them but the hold is long.

The typical delay is indeed 3-5 business days, but it can take longer if the device you chose is in high demand. 

This, along with the current health crisis can lead to longer delays in receiving your shipment confirmation and tracking number.
