I upgraded my phone, and it was a technical issue, so the agent helped me order it. It was good, there is a $60 service fee, and it was waived easily. Until I got the bill today. Instead of upgrading phone data and getting a deal on phone payments, he credits the phone data and keeps the full price of the of the phone. I ended up paying way more than what the promotion was. I contacted customer service, and they said they could change the phone service. I asked the supervisor's email, and they said, "I didn't get the approval." I feel like it was a scam. Now I'm stuck with the bill. I'm so frustrated.

Hello @adoan,
Does the final amount add up to what you should be paying overall? When you get a discount/credit for a device it is applied as a bill credit, the cost of the device never changes instead a credit is applied to the bill to offset the discount for the device.
