Phone delivery delay - 2 weeks

Ordered a new phone on Nov 22nd, been more than 2 weeks and haven't even receieved a confirmation email to pick up.


Any update will be appreciated


Hello @hoosik , to inquire about your device you will have to contact customer support. See HERE  for the various ways to contact fido's customer service. We're a community forum and we cannot access any accounts here. I suggest that you try sending a dm to fidosolutions on Twitter (x) to avoid any waiting on the phone. Cheers
