Pay down (not pay off) Device to have lower monthly payments.

Hey all, 

Just wondering if there's a way to make payments directly to my device balance, not to pay it off, but to bring down the monthly device cost?

Just asking as I got a new phone, and the deal on it gives me a 25 dollar a month credit towards the device payment for 2 years. I don't want to pay off the device, because I'd lose the credit, but I'd like to bring my portion of the device payment down a bit.

  Welcome to the community!

  If you just got your phone recently, you would likely have gotten it with the Fido's Payment Program. You should be able to additional payments towards your device:

  If you would like to make an additional payment, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
