According to some sources, that version appears to be the T-Mobile variant of the device (see here). If correct, these are the specifications for that phone:

TDD LTE: Band 2/4/5/12/26/41/46/48/66/71
TD-SCDMA: Band 34/39
UMTS(WCDMA): Band 2/4/5

According to those specifications, that version of the phone should have all of the compatible bands/frequencies. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here. While the phone should work on the networks, you should note that since Fido does not offer OnePlus devices, it's unlikely certain features (ie voLTE and/or Wifi-calling) will work with that device.
