I'm wondering how long it takes to get a shipping confirmation for my new device. I ordered the device 3 days ago and have received the confirmation of order and I'm seeing my new plan in My Account but I have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Can someone please confirm my device has been shipped?

You will get the shipping confirmation only when the device has been shipped you can also check your junk/spam folder in case the email went there.
If the device is back-ordered then there will be delays, how long depends on the device and the supplier for this you will need to contact customer service.
