I upgraded my phone during the black Friday offers. After completing the transaction, I got a Thank you for you order email and another with the CC payment confirmation. However, there is no sign from the phone on my account, no tracking number and the value paid appears as a credit on my Fido account. Unable to speak with anyone from costumer services. Worst post sale service ever.

When placing the order for a new device, you can confirm the expect delay for the phone's delivery.
That being said, once your order is placed, you'll later receive an update by email which includes the tracking number. This will be sent as soon as your order is ready and being shipped out of our warehouse.
