No Tracking Number for phone after two weeks?

Ordered an iPhone 7 on June the 20th, and it has been two weeks... but I have not received any tracking number for the phone? 

I received an NOREPLYhardware order email from Fido, which said my phone was still at the warehouse on the 26th. 

Shouldnt the phone have gone out by now? If any fido employee can help find the tracking number that would be greatly appreciated. I have also checked my spam folder, and it is not there either.

Can you tell us which iPhone 7 you ordered? (GB and color)

It's possible that the device is now backordered, but you should've received an email to advise you if that's the case. If a device is backordered, the additional delivery delays could be 2-3 weeks.

Ordered the iphone 7 32gb in Black. 

Send me a pm, that would be easiest. I have not received any back order status email, I did receive a hardware order email (11 days ago).
