Welcome to the community!
You have 15 days to return the phone if it was sent out already just wait until you receive it then contact customer support and let them know you want to return it and cancel the agreement.
Since there is a discrepancy in how much you have to pay and how much you thought you had to pay you should reach out to customer service to get clarification.
