New phone

  • Hi! I'm new here in community, I just want to ask if I can cancel my new phone or can I return it? It's on the way for delivery, because I just recently received in my email about the new phone that I ordered online and my monthly payment for 2yrs plan. It was confusing for me, because when I ordered it online it says my monthly payment is only $62, but when I received the email my monthly payment is $85 that too much for me. Any advise? Very much appreciated if anybody can help me. Thank you.

Welcome to the community!

 

You have 15 days to return the phone if it was sent out already just wait until you receive it then contact customer support and let them know you want to return it and cancel the agreement.

 

Since there is a discrepancy in how much you have to pay and how much you thought you had to pay you should reach out to customer service to get clarification.

Hi! Thank you for the advise, it helps a lot. For now I'll wait for the new phone to be delivered in my place.
