Never get brightstar protection, it's a scam

• I am working on my service request for last 5 days, which was said to be solved in 2 days. The're reviewing my documents for last 3 days, while the system says timeline is just 2 days.
• Onlibe portal never works as the page buffers and never comes up. 
• Fido must check in for their customers.

Thank you for your feedback. Keep in mind that while Fido offers the device protection feature, the service is provided by Brightstar. Did you contact Brightstar about this?
