New Sim card not working

Received a new sim card so I went online and I entered my old sim card # and the new sim card # to activate it. It completed the request, put the sim card in my phone and it says Unregistered SIM. I rebooted, and reset my phone... still nothing. There is no customer service reps to talk to at night. Why is there no 24 hr support?  Absolutely ridiculous. I tried talking to ASK JACK but we just go in circles. I work from and have no land line - I need my phone to work!  Why is something so simple so difficult ??

This seems be a problem with the network. Hope tommorow will be resolved.
