I wasn't use fido number for a while so it had been cancelled says on the website I went to local store and clear my fee but the account are not active i called the number says on website which is 1-888-481-3436by using another phone number and I type in the phone number also the account number it says not found. that is so weird, so I want know how I can reuse my phone number my account balance is current -9.51$
