my new phone will not stay connected to the wi fi i have try all recommendation on the fido help guide
this is what it dose connect then saves then not connected then connect then saves then not connected it dose this over and over
It sounds like there is an issue with either a setting in your router or phone, try forgetting the WiFi connection and then connect again also if you change your DNS setting try to remove it and see if it will connect.
i try that but it still didn't work so im call my shaw cause my son phone connect to wifi at work .

Is your home internet service with us or with Shaw?
Also, does that happen on the Wi-Fi network at work too?
