Your phone number shows it's from Quesnel because the area code and prefix combination identify as being from there. It is not possible to change the location for any given area code/prefix combination. If you would like a Vancouver phone number, you would have to change your phone number to one which has an area code/prefix combination from Vancouver.
If you would like to change your phone number, you should be able to do so via My Account. Alternatively, since the number change involves different local calling areas, you should also be able to contact customer service for the change without the phone number change fee. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they should also be able to make the change for you.
