  Welcome to the community!


  Firstly, you should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services so we would not have access to customers' accounts. That said, you should be able to view the billing details via your My Account --> View & Manage Bill. From there, you should be able to Print and/or Save a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to view your Monthy charges as well as additional charges under Usage summary online.


  If you are you wanting to make a payment arrangement, will likely need to contact their Credit Operations team. It should be mentioned that a payment arrangement may not be available in some situations.


**edit** Fido does offer an option to Set up a Promise to Pay. The option can be found via your My Account --> Billing & Payment --> Set up Promise to Pay. **
