Unknown icon in the top left corner of an LG-440 flip phone. Any ideas? It looks like .doc with a cell phone overlay emitting a wifi signal?

Is it possible that icon refers to the vibration mode enabled? I think this is the online manual for the phone. Is that the correct phone?
