Hello, I need help with my internet connection. The bars on the top suggests that I do have coverage but I can't access the web. I have tried resetting the APN but it does not work. I have been using my phone in Vancouver but now I have moved to Montreal. I have also changed my number into a Quebec 514 number. This change in location might be the reason, but how can I get the internet to work again? If there are any details that can help you help me, please tell me!!Thank you!!

Hi KYasu,

 

If you are certain that the proper APN settings are stored in your phone, then I would suggest contacting customer service to have a network reset done. May be a little glitch from when your phone number was changed.
