Hi Team,
I am using FIDO network with IPhone 12 PRO in contract. All my incoming calls are getting dropped and I have raised this concern to customer service team for more than 5 times Fido ticket # xxxxxxxxx. There is no resolution steps at all from your team. I would recommend your team refund the money back for the quality of service provided.
