IPAD AIR 10.5 WILL NEVER ARRIVE!

I ordered an ipad in the beginning of march expecting a 1 to 2 week delay (as it says even now on the website). BOY WAS I WRONG. Ive received nothing but lies and offers to cancel the order. I ordered this as a birthday gift to myself and even bought the accessories (apple pencil and case). Its been 4 weeks and still no emails or information or anything to put my mind at ease. After I finish my phone contract this year I'm leaving this company for good and will not return.

I definitely understand where your coming from. I ordered the iPad air 4th gen on Nov 3 2020 and still haven't received it. I have spoken to many representatives and on got weird vague excuses. It wasn't until I spoke to higher ups that I got a real answer and that answer was that they don't have any right now and they aren't sure when they will have more in stock.
