I am under brightstar device protection and just recently my phone screen cracked and now unable to use the phone at all, where or who do I go to for help?

  Welcome to the community!

  Sorry to hear the screen on your phone has sustained damage. If you have purchased device protection, you would need to start a Service Request. As far as I am aware, BrightStar is now Likewize. You should note that there might be a repair processing fee associated with the service. The amount of the fee would be determined by the MSRP of the device.
