Hi, I'm trying to contact support regarding when my phone will be shipped and it says it's not available. I'm in dire need of a new phone and the shipping order is taking too long. I want to just buy the phone locally from the fido store instead. How do i get in person with someone to help cancel the shipping order because I'm going to travel in a few days and my phone is extremely buggy at the moment. The 2-5 days notice on purchase is deceiving if i still havent received any email updates for that.
