Getting ripped off by fido

Been a fido customer for 15 years and I get a call from a agent who says they can save me 40 to 50 a month on my bill with more data how do.i say no only to find out I've been charged 50 more a month now and I can't get a hold of customer service because it's Saturday night and they are closed Sunday as well unbelievable
